Density per hectare: 4.000 plants in the old vineyards, 7.000 plants in the new one
Method: dried in a cool atmosphere on rush matting according to traditional Tuscan method
Vinification: 36 - 48 months in barriques
Ageing: 6 - 12 months in bottles
Bottle size: 375 ml.
Alcohol content: 14,0 %.
