Type of wine: Tuscan Rosè I.G.T.
Vineyard’s name: In the Etruscan zone of Belora in municipality of Riparbella.
Position and type of soil: 50m. above sea level. Sandy.
Grape variety: Merlot and Syrah in varying quantities.
Harvest: Grapes are selected in the vineyard and hand harvested in crates.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Vinification: 12 hours maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a low temperature.
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel vats and at least 3 months in bottles.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml.
Food and wine pairing: Starters and mixed crostini, pasta with meat, fish or tomato sauces, cacciucco, Livornese mullet, white meats and grilled vegetables.
