Vineyard location/Type of soil: 50 mt above sea level. Red Mediterranean soil with Pliocene sands.
Grape variety: Manseng and Chardonnay
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Grape harvest: By hands with a careful selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the berries, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel inox vats, classic method entirely produced in the Winery.
Refining/Aging: Hand made remuage, 60 months on its natural yeasts without dosage. At least 3 months in bottles after disgorging.
Types of Bottle: 750 ml – Magnum 1,5 lt
Food and wine paring: Fish main courses, grilled or baked. Braised or roasted white meats, aged cheeses.
