Apericena in the garden overlooking the vineyard, where you will have the opportunity to learn the art of sabrage—the technique of opening sparkling wine bottles with a saber—in collaboration with "La Sciabola Sul Collo" an association founded to educate the public on the correct sabrage technique, specifically for opening bottles of Italian sparkling wine using a saber.

The focal point of the Association is the saber-opening technique, which is very unique and must be performed by following precise rules to ensure a successful sabrage, as well as guaranteeing the safety of the user.

No special qualifications or skills are required to become a sabreur, so the association is open to everyone—from sommeliers looking to expand their knowledge, to sparkling wine enthusiasts, and even curious newcomers!

An evening accompanied by DJ Tony Verace and his vinyl records, dancing under the starry sky until late at night!
