Production:
Strictly selection of olives picked from the tree at early ripening. the Evo oil is extracted through the cold pressing method within 24 hours from the

harvest.

Tasting notes:
Aromas of artichoke hearts, herbs, rocket and a light almond note. Slightly citrus notes. Persistent oil, savoury and slightly spicy, with a delicate flavour.

Pairing:
Recommended with fish dishes and mix salade.
