Grape variety:: Sauvignon Blanc e Chardonnay
Alcohol content: 13%.
Grape Harvest: By hand with a caregul selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes and of the berries, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in anforas and barriques at controlled temperature.
Refining/Aging:8 months with fine lees in anphoras and barriques, blended before bottling. At least minimum 12 months in bottles.
