Grape harvest: By hands with a careful selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the berries, fermentation at 18° in stainless stell inox vats, classic method entirely produced in the Winery.
Refining/Aging: Hand made remuage, 36 mesi on its natural yeasts without dosage. At least 3 months in bottles after disgorging.
Types of Bottle: 750 ml
Food and wine paring: with land and sea appetizers and first courses, with pizza, with white meats and grilled vegetables, fish main courses
