Refining/Aging: 18 months in slavonian barrels of 5 or 10 hl. At least 12 months in bottle.
Type of bottle: 750 ml – Magnum 1,5 lt.
Food and wine pairing: Roasted red meats, Fiorentina steaks. Aged pecorino cheeses (4-6 months).
