Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aging/refining: 5 months in natural concrete vats. At least 12 months in bottle.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml. – 375 ml.
Paring: Charcuterie, Pasta with meat sauce, Grilled meats and Semi-aged cheeses (3 months).
