Vineyard location/ type of soil: 100-150m above sea level. Red Mediterranean soil with Pliocene sands.
Grape variety: Sangiovese and a variable percentage of Syrah.
Alcohol content: 13,5%.
Grape Harvest: By hands with a careful selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aging/refining: 5 months in natural concrete vats. At least 12 months in bottle.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml. – 375 ml.
Paring: Charcuterie, Pasta with meat sauce, Grilled meats and Semi-aged cheeses (3 months).
