Winemaking process: Manual selection of grapes, soft pressing and removal of the skins, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aging/Refining: 5 months in stainless steel vats. At least 2 months in bottle.

Pairing: Starters and mixed crostini, Pasta with meat or fish sauce; Cacciucco, Mullet, Grilled white meats and Grilled vegetables.
