Vineyard location/ Type of soil: 50 m above sea level. Red Mediterranean soil with Pliocene sands.
Grape variety: Merlot  and Syrah in variable percentage.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Grape Harvest: By hands with a careful selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of grapes, soft pressing and removal of the skins, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aging/Refining: 5 months in stainless steel vats. At least 2 months in bottle.
Type of bottle: 750 ml.
Pairing: Starters and mixed crostini, Pasta with meat  or fish sauce; Cacciucco, Mullet, Grilled white meats and Grilled vegetables.
