Grape Harvest: By hands with a careful selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes, bunches are left to wither in dry rooms, soft pressing, in small oak barrels (100 lt) called “caratelli”, half-filled and closed with cement cap at least 10 years.
Aging/Refining: At least12 months in bottles.
Type of bottle: 375 ml. – 500 ml.
Pairing: Blue cheeses and Extra- Dark chocolate.
